What appliances do you repair?

We repair washers, dryers, dishwashers, ovens, ranges, cooktops, grills, and many household vacuums. Contact us with the brand, model number, and problem you are experiencing.

Do you repair refrigerators, freezers, or microwaves?

No. Pawtucket Appliance Repair does not currently service refrigerators, freezers, or microwaves.

What is the appliance diagnostic fee?

Our standard appliance diagnostic fee is $100. If you approve the recommended repair, the diagnostic fee is applied toward the completed repair.

Will I receive an estimate before the repair is completed?

Yes. After diagnosing the appliance, we will explain the problem and provide a clear estimate before completing additional repair work.

What information should I provide when requesting service?

Please provide your name, town, appliance type, brand, model number, and a brief description of the problem. Photos of the model tag or error code are also helpful.

Do you offer same-day appliance repair?

Same-day or next-day appointments may be available depending on the schedule, your location, and whether the necessary part is available.
